the technician did a poor job of installing the dish. he drilled a hole in our house when it was not necessary. there was already access to all the wiring he needed. It would have required him to do a little extra work, so he took the shortcut and drilled an unnecessary hole.

Good service great reception and very knowledgeable technician

I'm happy with everything that we have experienced so far. The friendly first call, the fast and infomative installation, and the great programs and high equality shows.

when you set up dvr it automatically overrides another tv set that doesn't have it's own receiver unless you pay more? very irritating. Miss look back and start over which they don't offer. But the alternative was a rip off with the cable companies merger's are just going to get worse.

This is a fantastic system. Runs great, excellent installer. Not so happy with the sales end. Felt like I was dealing with a boiler room operation. Fast talking, no honest answers and I still have no idea what I was sold. I only know that prior to and after my purchase there are many better deals at less prices. What gives? Agent fed me much misinformation.

I was not given any written diretions or explanationson how to navigate and find my channels.

Dish tells you a lot about what you can get .But when you ask for it they want more money .So if you are on a fix income like me you don't get mush.
