Can I do less than 1? Honestly once you get a person it’s good but right now I have been ‘holding’ for 1 hour, 10 minutes. Based on my job( social services) I know the vast majority of direct express calls are elderly or disabled and they cannot deal with wait times like this. I am waiting on my mom’s behalf- no way she could do it. Higher staffing levels are needed to minimize the hold. This is not my first call- I have and had to hang up ( do have my own stuff to deal with) 47m, 38m, 27m. Got thru on one but was not paying attention to time- estimate 35m. DO BETTER. Edit: hi what the hell is this and why is my school account being used... I'm so confused because I didnt write this..

They are unprofessional and out of line the people are rude and no help also they go give u an email that dosent work listen people don’t use direct express them people ain’t right fr

I filed a dispute in November 2025, no per-payment.... December direct Express lied to me. Just recently they lied again. Said company had until the 19, then it's in my favor..call on the 20th said another 45 days....Bobby Fisher

Worst customer service!!!! They hang up on me many times and leave me on hold forever they suck!

I called twice first time I was on hold for 1 hr and 45 minutes only to be hung up on … I called back on hold for 2 hrs finally Brandon answers and acts like he can’t hear me and hung up on me . This is insane. The workers are literally hanging up on ppl, just so they do t have to work it’s crazy!!! Almost 4 hrs and I still can’t speak to anyone

If I could put a negative 40 as a rating I would. They should be permanently shut down

This is the 2nd time my money was stolen out of my account. Then they said it's gonna take 45 to 90 days to do an investigation. Then they don't even contact you back or nothing. It seems like they steal your last bit of money then try to manipulate you financially.

I am giving this card a single star only because there is no such thing as a 0 (zero) star! I am just trying to verify a new bank account to be able to transfer money out of this card. After several emails to the email address listed, there is NO response from them. I can't even get the option to talk to a human being if I call them. ABSOLUTELY THE WORST SERVICE (or the total lack of it). Disgusted with it.
