US CAR SHIP & TRUCKINGReviews of uscarshiptrucking.com

This marks the second time I’ve utilized this company services for my car shipment, and once again, the experience has been exceptionally smooth and positive. Tom Smith was particularly instrumental in making this process so seamless. His excellent communication, professionalism and diligent facilitation of my car shipment were truly impressive, just as they wereduring my previous transaction. Still be using this company for my future shipping needs.

I needed to ship my Jeep from Massachusetts to Texas. Zach Hector was my agent and is nothing short of a SUPERSTAR! After being grossly misguided by a previous company who was mainly focused on scamming me, Zach came to save the day. With full transparency of their process, no request of money exchange until my car was picked up, and an open line of communication for any questions or concerns I had, it was easy to put my trust in Zach to find the right driver. Max Well was the dispatcher found and he picked up my jeep without any issue. It was a smooth process and I would highly recommend these folks to help ship your stuff!

Zack hector went above and beyond to help me get my vehicle transported he’s was awesome to work with even when I lost my cool he always maintained professional and willing to get his job done. Thank Zack I appreciate you I look forward to working with you again and again. Recommendations coming your way.

NOT The Driver the Despacher I had the worst experience ever with US CAR SHIP & TRUCKING. They are completely unprofessional and dishonest. At first, they agreed to ship our vehicles for $1,400, and we had everything confirmed. But on the scheduled pickup date, they suddenly demanded $1,800. Even after we reluctantly agreed just to get our cars moved, they increased the price again to $2,000 at the last minute! They even threatened that our vehicles would not be delivered and might be left over 1,000 miles away from the destination if we didn’t pay their new demand. It felt like blackmail. This company is not trustworthy and has zero professionalism or ethics. I strongly warn everyone — do not do business with US CAR SHIP & TRUCKING. Save yourself from stress, financial loss, and the worst customer service experience imaginable.

Thank you, Zach Hector, for the excellent service. Very professional, clear communication, and easy to work with. Looking forward to working together again! AFFECT TRUCKING LLC

Complete bait and switch, avoid at all cost. Started with $390, then $450, then $800 because it’s “snowbird” season (though the bike was coming from AL to PA, the opposite of snowbirds. The only reason I agreed to the final price of $700 was because he promised he had a driver nearby, and everything was good to go. Magically, when I completed the contract - the driver “stopped answering him.” “John” began getting combative when I started to question him, telling me he wasn’t scared that I’m a state over from him (like, why??) Absolute trash customer service and process from start to finish. Go anywhere else. I’ve got the texts to back my claim.

John Williams did a great job handling the transport of my son’s truck from California to Illinois. He followed through from start to finish. Thank you!!!

"I had a great experience with Car Ship & Tracking! I immediately felt a sense of relief after giving them my load. Their service was professional and reliable. A special thanks to Tom Smith for his excellent work—he made the process incredibly smooth. Highly recommend their shipping and tracking services!
