ACES across the board!
On Monday 9/30 I was contacted by David James regarding my transport request of moving my motorcycle from upstate NY to Central Florida. After giving David needed info and agreeing on terms, he had a driver en route to pick up my bike within 5 hours! My bike left NY Monday night and arrived at my home Wednesday morning. I don't know the driver's name but he was 5 stars as well! My bike was with 2 Porsche vehicles in an enclosed trailer and was professionally secured with no dings or scratches upon arrival! I had spoken with other shippers but appreciated the devotion and expedience that David provided so I'm happy with my choice; any future shipping needs will be a "one phone call" first step! We are brokers, and we asked the insurance company to process his claim. They found no damage to his bike and confirmed that he is asking for $4500 for an invisible scratch. He signed the BILL OF LADING, and after delivery, he is still blackmailing us for money. You can post 100 negative reviews if you want, but you will never get insurance this way unless your vehicle is genuinely damaged. He is deliberately pressuring us to make an insurance claim. He hasn't paid our driver for the delivery, and now he is forcing us to give him money. His bike is worth $6000, and he is asking us for $4500 in insurance for a scratch that isn't even visible.
