First time I ordered from here everything went good and I received my items super fast. My second time it’s been more then a week and I still haven’t gotten my items. They gave me an email saying it’s been shipped but when I looked it up on USPS it hasn’t moved from it’s location. I called USPS and they said you guys created a label but never brought the items in. I tried emailing the company twice but never got a response. My order is #152308, at this point if my stuff doesn’t come in soon I just want my money back. Edit: I got my money back

Ooh my God, dont bye anything from them they even dont care about customer, I want my money please call fedex and ask refund so u can can refund my money .send me my money ,I Really regretted ,my money please or I will sue u

I have placed an order # 149873 on the US Beauty Bazaar site of 18 lightening shower gel since June 24, 2020 for a total of $ 449.82 I received an email from US Beauty Bazaar saying that my order is apparently canceled the invoicing the address and the address of reception of the parcel were not the same (they are good addresses I confirm) I send 2 e-mails to the American bazaar to reassure them to validate my order because the 2 addresses are good I confirm but no response for 5 days. .. I look at my bank balance and I see that the $ 449.82 has been withdrawn by US beauty bazaar from my account and is no longer available I contact my bank to ask it to block the transaction because the site has canceled my order the bank tells me that unfortunately we the beauty bazaar did not cancel the transaction with them but only with me so they cannot release the amount it is only they who must contact them to cancel the transaction .. since i send the messages to US Beauty Bazaar so that they divert my money into my account but no response from them I am lost for 6 days now it's total silence on their part I need my 449.82 $ I work with this money it is the fruit of my effort to return my money if you cancel my order please.

Zero Stars am so upset I ordered two items 3 weeks ago and up to now I haven’t received them. I Called the customer service and was told my order would arrive a week ago , I waited but nothing was delivered. I have been trying to call them ever since on the website number that sends me to voicemail or message with WhatsApp link, no response at all. Am starting to question if they are scam. If we can order online on your website then we should have communication too via email

So I purchased 4 items which I received within 5 days.. I called the day of my arrival that I had a reaction to one of the products and wanted to return to exchange for something else. I shipped the items I didn't used back the same day paid for shipping bc the shipping receipt the company gave didn't work at postal.. they received their products back with 2 days.. I only had the items in my possession for one day.. they send me a email on the 3 day which is a Saturday statting they received their products and I used them n they could only give me half. I tried to call them that same day no. Answer.. I've lost 145 dollars of my money bc they claim i used the product that i had only one day actually one hour then straight back to postal office.. now i have no products no money.. i will not be doing business with this company again.. if someone buys something and its returned within 3 days due to shipping it's not used.. they lied just to keep my money.. due yourself a favor a shop elsewhere. This company isn't good with business... very upset they would do this to me .

Pls do not buy from this site.its a total scam.fake people and mostly fake products.stay clear.i ordered a cream.serum and gel.till this day over a month now,no products no refund.calls are never picked up and emails are never responded to.stay clear and count your little loss

Been buying with them for a long time. I get my items fast and if any concerns I'd email them and get a reply quick.
