Unless you want to loose money and not hear anything dont order from tis site. order 198436 I made an order 8th and never heard anything till I pushed for an answer on 11th May. I only heard because there was error their site which I reported. My order was cancelled with no explanation. Th customer service is exceptionally poor though I was refunded after emailing about the progress of my order.

I don't think this lotion is the original because my skin is turning darker

The shipment took longer than expected. They said two days but it took them a week to deliver the item.

Communication is extremely poor. Never receives response to e-mails, and when you do receive it, it’s usually late(months later).

The items I ordered were very misleading. It looks bigger on the site and when they came it was so small. The shipping cost is ridiculously high for just standard delivery. I would not order from them again.
