I had a very tight deadline to meet, and this company worked with their factory to get the product ahead of their normal turnaround time so I could have my promotional product in time for a show. The representative I worked with was knowledgable, quick and took care of business without giving me the go-around. Highly recommended!

I was hesitant to use an online company I'd never heard of, and one based in another country, with a different time zone and all the other potential complications involved in overseas orders. I was purchasing a large quantity of the item and needed it in a short time frame for a company event. So, lots to be concerned about. But James, my sales rep, demonstrated right from the start that he and his company, usb-flashdrive.com, have high standards for customer service. He was prompt with his communications in spite of the time difference. He followed through on his promises and handled every phase of the order efficiently, delivering a decent quality product on time. I have since placed a second large order with James from USB-flashdrive.com. And, again, was completely satisfied.
