USB Flash Drive - Great Experience doing business with This firm. Experienced and knowledgeable Staff. We look Forward to a long business relationship in the future.

Not a lot to say; price was good, service and product great and received it faster then I anticipated

First time using USB-Flashdrive.com and they delivered faster than their advertised turn-a-round to meet my clients schedule. Laura was great and even stayed late to get my order placed. Never got that type of service from my old vendor.

USB-flashdrive was a breeze to workwith. They were responsive and we got our drives faster than I had anticipated. The drives both look and work great. Will definitely use them again.

great price and product. fast delivery

I typically order flash drives through my promotions vendor. She charges a set up fee each time, turn-around is about 2 weeks, and there is usually some back & forth about my logo (which she is familiar with on other products that I order). I decided to try USB-FlashDrive, based on a price promo I received via email. I filled out everything online and expected there to be hidden charges or a long turnaround...I was waiting for "the catch" - there was none. There was no set-up fee and it's taken 2 weeks to receive, which was no worse than my previous vendor. The customer service has been INCREDIBLE: quick response; friendly people on the other end; artwork correct the FIRST time; follow up on shipping was immediate; no hidden charges; great pricing; etc. As a first-time customer, I'm beyond impressed. It's rare these days to have a vendor exceed your expectations, but they managed to do so.

After researching a handful of other companies who sold customized usb flash drives, I found usb-flashdrive.com. I could not believe how competitively priced they were! Not only did I save money but the ordering process was smooth and the turn around time was fast. But best of all, the finished product looks awesome! Thanks usb-flashdrive.com, we'll be back for more!
