Everything seemed great. the USB looks awesome and ready to go for us. The only down side was that even though I confirmed the delivery address multiple times, the box was still delivered to our old offices, where we had our last order delivered. Luckily, FedEx called us and resolved the issue. Other than that, everything was great.

Great quality, great customer service, easy to order, received when I expected. Only reason I didn't give 5 stars is that I asked for my logo to be as large as possible on the USB and it was still small.

Hi Jason Thank you for choosing us. We are delighted to hear you are happy with your first order of Lanyards Drives. Please do get in touch if you require any further help. Kind regards Laura

The memory is in good working order. They came as I wanted and on time. My only issue is the lanyard. There is no way to attach this lanyard to this flash drive. The lanyards are basically useless. The attachment hole on flash drive is too small and the string on the lanyard can't be made to fit thru the hole. The drives came formatted as MS-Dos Basic, which only has a 2GB capacity. Had to reformat them to make use of the full 8GB capacity.

Hi Scott I am glad that you had a good experience with USB-Flashdrive. I am sorry to hear that you are unhappy with our free lanyards. Although they can be a little fiddly to attach, I can assure you that they do fit through the hole on the Twister Drive clip. In future to avoid you having trouble with this, we can attach the lanyards for you. The drives you received were formatted to FAT32, if you would prefer them to be formatted to NTFS then we can do this free of charge on request. I am sorry for any inconvenience that this may have caused you. Kind regards Laura Seymour

Excellent communication during drafting stage of logo and throughout order; pleased with outcome of graphic on flash drive; timely delivery; only negative was requested key chains and received lanyards instead.

I ordered 200 USB drives for my company at $4.15/USB. We had to do single color because our logo has a gradient in it; This was a slight disappointment, but understandable. The final product is sharp! We are excited to hand them out to our clients. My contact Laura was very helpful and patient throughout the entire process -- Something I appreciate greatly. I would not be hesitant to work with her and USB-Flashdrive.com in the future had we not been charged a foreign transaction fee for our purchase. I had asked before signing off on the order if our transaction was in US Dollars, and it was confirmed via email to be true. But, if that was the case, we wouldn't have been charged a $26+ foreign transaction fee. After being notified of the unexpected charge, I sought out my contact, Laura, for help. To my disappointment, Laura projected the problem back onto the bank stating that the charge was certainly not from her company and I could refer to the invoice to double check that. In hindsight, I now will phrase my question differently to protect my company and myself from being charged and misled to: "Is it common that your clients are charged a foreign transaction fee by you or a third party for this purchase, even though you charge us in US funds?" I suggest that anyone who is looking to avoid extra fees like this and is ordering from USB-Flashdrive.com to do the same!!

Hi Emily, Thank you for your feedback. It's great to hear you're happy with your Flash Drives. We are very surprised and sorry to hear that your bank has charged you an additional fee - please can you tell me if your bank confirmed what the fee was for?. I can confirm, as communicated by Laura, that we charged you in US Dollars and we do not (under any circumstances) charge any additional "hidden" fees. Please feel free to call us once you have spoken with your bank, and hopefully we can figure what has happened. We are a very transparent company with an excellent record of service, and so any suggestion that we have added "hidden fees" is very upsetting for us to hear. We look forward to hearing back from you. Kind regards Shelley Caswell US Sales Account Manager

So I had a bad experience with what seemed to be hidden cost. Come to find out that there was just an over site on the company's part while completing the transaction. Once it was brought to their attention I immediately heard from my customer service rep! She was very apologetic and refunded the unexpected cost I incurred . . . just like that! This was a VERY refreshing experience when usually online companies do not own up to their mistakes. THANK YOU USB-DRIVE.COM . . . you rock!
