So far the drives are working fine. 9 of the window boxes were crushed on arrival and rendered unusable.

the product has had no problems but it is marked that it is made in China. I think most people don't care if they don't know, but they would rather think something is made here locally.

I was looking to order USBs for incoming college first years. USB_Flashdrive.com was very accommodating in designed I needed made and providing proofs.

The USBs looked great. So far no complaints from the teachers that are using them. The order was late by one day which was huge for us because we needed it for the teachers first day back celebration and it was the only item not included in their bag of goodies that day. :(

We are VERY happy with our product and very good customer service overall. We had problems with the payment process. Hopefully that will not be an issue in the future.

Have had very little trouble ordering and getting quality products; very few bad drives (fewer than five) have come to us out of several thousand ordered. Did have a problem once with a bad data load that caused havoc on my end. Moral of the story is order items early enough that you can test the product to ensure any loaded data hasn't been corrupted.
