horrible customer service and someone needs to make sure these aren't predatory loan.

I went to u.s. Auto Sales on North Florida Avenue in Tampa spoke with Don Powell about getting a car Don call me told me they had a car for me I needed to put a deposit down on the car I put $500 down on the car I told her initially I had $700 I went into the dealership gave Dawn $200 in cash she gave me a receipt I was told the car was in route to the dealership in Tampa 2 Days Later I call about the car I haven't heard anything from her she told me that the car was having problems I called another day they told me the car motor had blown so I went to the dealership about getting my money back $500 I put down on the car was from my credit card debit card sorry I was told it would take two weeks for me to get my money back plus the $200 got the $500 in the two weeks he told me waited another week on the $200 what into the dealership concerning my $200 dollars spoke with Dawn once again she referred me to the manager forget the manager's name but the manager told me that she put it in for the deposit buy an email she was notified that the deposit was sent out November 3rd went back to the dealership several times still haven't received my money the last time I went back to the dealership the manager was very rude and disrespectful when I confronted her about my deposit she told me she did all she can do there's nothing else she can do so I would just have to wait is there anyone in management that's going to read this text message please get in touch with me at 941 565 24 51 because when I ask about getting in touch with someone I was told everyone at U S Auto Sales are working from their house so she can't give me someone's number that's working from their house which I don't believe that my name is Alfonso Chandler again if anyone in management are any higher-ups read this text message please give me a call thank you

Never ever buy a car from these people. They charge 3 times what the car is worth and when you’re smart enough to realize it and tell them to come get it, they try to claim prior damage to your insurance company. I got a carfax that there was prior damage that was never fixed and then they come after my insurance company saying I did it. Lucky I have pics of it still on the lot with the damage the day I got it. They are a bunch of crooks and try to get money any kind of way they can. This place needs to be shut down they rob people without a gun.

STOP and read before buying a vehicle from this company. If you are like me you were in need of a vehicle and this company gave you hope. Let me tell you what your not seeing, 1st you are buying a vehicle that is being processed with a SIMPLE INTEREST LOAN (if your unsure how this works it means you are paying more towards the interest in the beginning of the loan then you are towards the principal) Which is not a bad loan for buying a house, but for a used vehicle?????no. I had to filing a complaint with the BBB to just get my payment history, after speaking with 5 people from US AUTO, all giving me different excuses as to why they cant give it to me. When you look at your history, your first 3 payments you made went to INTEREST. When you purchase the vehicle they give you a first payment, which is great because its 45 days from when you picked the vehicle up after you just put down a lg payment to take the vehicle. Well your interest started adding up during those 45 days, your paying whatever your interest rate against the principal then divided by 365.....well I'm sure the company is making out well stealing all your money, they are getting their interest paid first. So going back now you have this SIMPLE INTEREST LOAN, which is great for buying a house but a USED vehicle.....NOPE. The company offers you, what sounds like great Coverage for if something goes wrong, but its not the coverage covers nothing, read the other reviews. Your vehicle breaks down and have major repairs like mine did, you are now stuck because you either pay for the repairs on top of your loan and car inc to keep the vehicle going, IF I HAD THAT KINDA MONEY I WOULDN'T HAVE NEEDED TO BUY A CAR AT US AUTO........RIGHT?????? All most all their vehicles have had major issues, again check the reviews. They are taking advantage of people in desperate situation and we all are paying for it. Now you have a vehicle that has costly repairs, over 400.00 in payments(mnthy) and car inc, maybe you can just trade the vehicle in and buy a new car.......NOPE you still owe to much on this vehicle to get a new vehicle, because once again your payments for at least the first 2/3 years go towards more of the interest then the principal of the vehicle. Now your stuck, no way out........like most you need a car to work or get around, I rented a vehicle to do my job, over a 1000.00 in rental fees. I had no choice but to voluntarily relinquish the vehicle because it was of no use to me. The vehicle sat in front of my apartment for over 2 mnths, shut off because I had to rent a vehicle, fighting with US AUTO, and like many sitting on the phone for hours and being transferred to different apartments getting no where, being told they would help to being blocked by one of their employees on email. This company is pathetic and I would think twice before buying anything from them. They are running a really good scam and stealing from you. They get their money and get even more money because they sell your vehicle at auction. My question is since I didn't keep the vehicle for the full term of the loan why Should I have paid all that interest up front? Guess that will be further digging I do.

I HAD PURCHASED A AUDI,2019 AND THE LADY TOLD US AFTER A YESR,THAT YOU CAN TRADE,I CALLED THEM LAST WEEK THEY SAID THEY NOT DOING TRADE,BUT NOW THEY SAYING I HAVE TO KEEP IT FOR 2.5 YEARS WITH NO MONEY DOWN..I WONT NOR WILL I RECOMMENDED MY FAMILY FRIENDS TO THEM,BUT AT FIRST THEY PUT ON A SHOW TO SELL IT TO YOU..NOW THE MGR DONT KNOW WHY 2 PEOPLE TOLD US THAT...NEVER AGAIN..

Yes us auto is all these people claim them to be liars straight liars I bought a truck had it a year heater core went out they claim their service dept is all that but they make it so hard to even get the work done it almost impossible task so I by passed the heater core and kept driveing truck NEVER MISSED A ON TIME PAYMENT EVER never had truck gps turned off by them they just don't care they are straight up crooks then the following year truck started running hot all the time so I bought a new truck and drove us auto truck back to dealer ship were is was originally purchased still not late on a payment and I let them have the truck back and told them why and after its all said and done they put on credit report it had to be repossessed which is a straight up LIE .... SO PEOPLE BEWARE COMPANIES LIKE THIS DO AND WILL TANK AND GO UNDER
