Hi Donna, We apologize but it seems you have registered your dog Kayley under our Instant Delivery Kit ($39). This comes with a lifetime registration of your dog with an electronic ID card with your dog's picture, dog's name, and the handler name delivered by email within minutes of placing your order. You will have to print out the ID card at home. Nothing physical comes in the mail. Does not come with certificate, only ID card. If you'd like to get an plastic laminated ID card and the registration certificate, we can proicess and mail those out to you for $25.
