Nothing but praise for this company
They helped me immediately so that I could take my service dog with me at the last minute when I was afraid she wouldn't be able to be with me at all times as is necessary. I got their help and not one word was said about her, thank heavens because I needed her help 4 times during the weekend. It turned out to be a great weekend at the convention with my helper there with me. People close by, were not only amazed to see her do her job, but I wasn't embarrassed by what might have happened to me if she hadn't been there. Thanks for your help!!

Absolutely worst customer service ever
Absolutely worst customer service ever. I didn’t get a tracking number when I ordered and had to contact the company just to get a confirmation number. And they sent it to the WRONG address after I told them I don’t live in that city. Very unprofessional with how they handle issues. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!

Customer Service Hiccup
The service and shipping was quick. All my reviews start with 5 stars. USA Service Dogs lost one star in the order / deliver process for an unsatisfactory customer service incident but earned it back after correcting an error that they initially put on me. They resisted taking responsibility at first.

Highly Recommend USA Service Dogs
My dog provides service for a highly stressful staffing agency. He not only provides service to me regarding my migraines, but he moves around the office relieving stress to those that are in need. After taking him to several classes I though it was time to finally register him. Utilizing your online site was effortless and timely. The quality of items I received are better than expected and well worth the money. THANK you for providing quality products and delivering them quickly.
