Fast and Friendly
I am going on a long trip and need to register my dog ASAP and this was the simplest way to fast track my dog. Very friendly customer service as well as fast shipping once approved.

Never had an issue! Which is the goal!
Purchased a few years ago and never had an issue with taking my dog on any airline or more importantly navigating the application process for some very strict HOAs down here in Florida while jumping from condo to condo. Very happy with the purchase.

Patches not Sticking Well
I got the 99$ package which came with two ID holders, 2 IDs, a harness with EMA patches and a certificate. I’ve already lost a patch I wish they were sewn in or better grip.
Response from USA Service DogsAug 5, 2026

We offer a wide variety of vest like our Heavyt Duty Vest ( https://usaservicedogs.org/shop/service-dogs/heavy-duty-service-dog-vest ) which the patches are sewn in for dogs who have a more active lifestyle.
