Everything was as stated great quality stuff. Only problem I had was the vest I ordered was to small I would advise always order the next size up when in doubt.

WONDERFUL experience. I ordered a medium vest for my new pup which was too big. I contacted you about how to send it back & get a small instead. 2 days later there was a new vest in my mail. Thank you for going above & beyond.

The process is very simple. I actually registered my loved one as just a service dog when he should of been an emotional support dog and one of the customer representatives fixed it for me right away. They are very accommodating and professional. I would recommend to everyone.

I was hurt as a child and it’s not something you don’t want to explain to people. I have been in therapy for the past year for symptoms followed by a diagnosis of PTSD. I was embarrassed by my panic attacks which happened every time the radio is too loud, if I smell Listerine mouth wash, or if I smell the aroma of certain meats being cooked. I was terrified, why did this start at 45? All relevance included, I found I am best with my minim golden doodle. When I go into a panic, she climbs on my lap and breaths deep, she knows, she breathes heavy and throws her body against mine which allows me to calm down. I generally have 5-6 attacks a day right now. With my dog around I don’t need Adivan or Xanax. When I am at work, I am fine being kept busy all the time but as soon as I am home I need her and don’t go ANYWHERE without Lola. Thank you for being there for PTSD and supporting the people in this world that dont show there handicap and understanding the seriousness of a mind injury. I would have never even done research on it until a friend noticed Lola during one of my attacks. I can finally be social again. The process was simple. I also appreciate the great products and the quality of the products. Thank you for giving me my life back!
