I received my ID card for my Service Dog, Within the hour! Very professional and this is all I needed. According to the Justice Department I do not have to dress her in Special Harness or other ID. Her behavior and any Vendor asking "Is that your service Dog" Are sufficient. I carry letters from all my Doctors' as well The need for my Service Dog to be with me at all times!!! I want to THANK YOU FOR THE PERFECT ID CARD SO EASY TO READ AND IDENTIFY HER PHOTO, EXCELLENT JOB***

I received the certification and id cards in a timely manner. Cane loves the vest more than I though he would. It was easy to understand the website and order what was needed. I definitely would recommend you to others who need the service.

Although happy with having my dogs registered, although I'd never had to before now.. the apartment manager and the apartment owner have filed for an eviction notice due to my dogs.. yet they truly are my service dogs.. I suffer from several mental and a few physical disabilites, yet they're still trying to force me out. I showed the service dog ID and was told that didn't apply to me, due to the fact this is a residence not a business.

Excellent service. Was able to get the size switched within days. Everyone was polite and very helpful.
