Well I received everything that I ordered but I messed up and ordered the wrong size vest for my dog and the customer service person was kind enough to help me and correct my mistake.

So happy to have this service in place. Since the start of the pandemic last March my boss allowed me to bring my dog to work every day. Since the start of the pandemic a low level of stress and constants anxiety were ever present in my mind and body. Having my dog by my side through this uncertain time helped my mental health and brightened my days. Just last month I decided to register her as an emotional support dog and I am so glad that I did. The process was easy and quick. I no longer have to worry about not being able to have her by my side. I have recommended this service to many other friends suffering from anxiety during this time.
