I bought this kit for my dog about a week before it came. When it came, the packaging was a little damaged but other than that I have no complaints. Everything was great quality and it included everything I had ordered.

I got all of my service dog stuff for gracie, her vest is a size too small but that’s okay

My apartment is still not accepting my dog as a Service Dog. What do I do next?
Response from USA Service DogsApr 20, 2021
Hi Megan, Sorry to hear that you're having issues with your apartment. According to the Fair Housing Act, valid emotional support animals are not considered pets and thus are exempt from standard pet policies like extra pet fees or weight and size restrictions, or a no pets policy. You may only need a letter from a therapist to show your landlord in addition to the registration papers. If your landlord insist, you may contact and file a grievance with the Housing Authority (HUD) through the number found on the back of the card (800-225-5342). Thank you.
