The only problem I had was...there was…
The only problem I had was...there was a discount code and I didn’t get a discount. When I emailed, got no response whatsoever

I ordered the vest as well as the card
I ordered the vest as well as the card. The vest doesn’t work. It’s flimsy for the money. I ordered card and vest to say Emotional Support Dog. Neither of them reflect that statement. The card has already been questioned. Refers to “Service Dog” but does not specify type. I carry a letter to the effect, but the card should say it as well. I’m very disappointed.

Hi Deb, We are sorry to hear that you are not fully satisfied with the registration and items that you ordered. We will be more than happy to provide you a refund once we receive the vest back and as for the card, the card will only specify if your dog is a service or emotional support dog which are the only two categories for these kinds of animals. The ADA prohibits individuals or businesses to ask anything that is related to your disability there fore adding what the dog helps with (ex PTSD Service Dog) would be a breach of that. In situations where it is not obvious that the dog is a service animal, staff may ask only two specific questions: (1) is the dog a service animal required because of a disability? and (2) what work or task has the dog been trained to perform? Staff are not allowed to request any documentation for the dog, require that the dog demonstrate its task, or inquire about the nature of the person's disability. Please let us know if you intend to send the vest back for a partial refund or we can offer you a 50% off discount for the vest. Kindly contact us at 888-656-DOGS (3647) and refer to this email.
