I really like all the items I bought, although a little pricey
I really like all the items I bought. Although a little pricey. I also thought, or realized afterwards, that the registration seems to be lacking in my dog’s registration information that I think should be part of, at least, his ID. There weren’t any questions to identify him other than his face picture. I think it should also include his breed, birthday, and chip information.

Psychiatric Service Dog denied entry on JetBlue
I received my order in a timely manner and everything looked so official. I thought everything would go smoothly for my upcoming flight from LAX to EWR with JetBlue and I called in advance twice to ensure my dog could fly with me and I filled out the all the paper work correctly. However, when I arrived at the airport, they called the CRO and they denied entry for my dog and suggested I rebook. They said that this was not an accredited organization and could not allow my dog as a service dog.

Hi Ethel, We are sorry to hear that you had issues with flying with your service animal. Under the Airline Carrier Access Act, service dogs needs to be provided accommodation to travel with their handlers n the cabin when flying. They may only ask what task the dog is trained to perform and whether or not the dog is a service dog. If you need to take this up higher, you may file grievance with the ACAA (Airline Carrier Access Act) at 800-778-4838. Everything arrived in perfect…
Everything arrived in perfect conditions, I personally think that the material used in the harness is good but for the strips, I would prefer a stronger material for it. My dog kind of broke it.

I love how there's a place to register…
I love how there's a place to register my rescue dog as my service animal. I got my training where I wanted but most important;y I chose my dog from a rescue. I saved her life and now she's helping me! WIN WIN!
