The "standard leash" was a necklace…
The "standard leash" was a necklace chain, literally.

I have used this service before
I have used this service before. The association is recognized and I've been questioned by various merchants. After I , show the ID (She wears a vest clearly identifying her), I'm typically not questioned any further. I decided to update her picture and also had a friend who wanted to register her dog. I placed the orders separately. She received hers, I ever received mine. I would call about it but I don't have an order conf.toget any info from.

Great product for traveling w/ four-footed friends
The items I ordered were exactly as described and were delivered promptly. The service dog jacket was exactly what we needed for our already polite, tail-wagging friend. Upon entering the hotel the woman behind the counter gasped "OH NO - we are not a pet friendly hotel!!" I calmly replied, "He is a service dog" as I marched my red-coated friend toward the front desk. The conversation IMMEDIATELY changed. "Oh" the clerk said, "I'm sorry. What's his name?" Thank you for allowing us the safe and hassle-free travel we all needed - the service vest and docs do it all!

Doggone good
The experience with the company was better than I expected they answered my question with in a timely manner my purchase order was just as I requested and I'm very pleased with the order

Quick and Easy Process
Process was very easy and we have received our package in no time. They did however made mistake and sent us incorrect leash. Instead of stating 'service dog' it states 'emotional support dog'.
