Hi Mary, You're order should come with two (2) ID cards on the envelope that contains your certificate for your dog. This i idntificxation that the dog is registered and can be attached to the vest. If youhave not received this with your kit, please let us know and we will be more than happy to mail them out to you. you can reach us at 888-656-DOGS(3647) or by email through [email protected].
