Prompt service. The leash and collar feel like good quality. I ordered the small collar and it is a bit large/stiff for my dog.

Worked out great!
Worked out great with the exception that the vest did not have a SERVICE DOG emblem (Velcro to attach it to, but no emblem). USA Service Dogs called me right away and are sending out the missing emblems to arrive in just a couple of days. Great service! Updating to 5 stars.
