Easy to place order
Easy to place order. Timeliness was sad, not their fault, but all products were correct. I had to exchange and item due to fit and it was handled promptly without incident.

Hi Cindy, We can process and mail out an updated card with an updated photo and you would just take care of the materials to be used in re printing the card. This can be processed online through our members page ( https://usaservicedogs.org/login ), by sending us an email request with the photo to [email protected], by chat thourgh the help button found on the bottom right side of the page, or you may also contact us at 888-656-DOGS (3647) for instructions. Veteran wins a small battle
Got my support dog all legal in the matter of just a few minutes and had paperwork ready a few minutes later. The whole process was so simple while a local company wanted over $250 to do the same process for my support dog. Recommended this company to multiple people that where going through the same process that I see on a daily basis and they couldn't even believe how simple you have everything set up.

The harness ripped right away the quality was not how I expected it to be especially paying about $100.00.
