Hi Dianne, Thank you for the feedback and appreaciate it. The patches are not sewn in so that they can be cleaned easily and avoid the velcro patches from loosing their adhesion when washed together with the vest but we will be sure it gets to our shipping area so they can contact the manufacturer and see as to having the patches incorporated or directly sown on the vest. We would alos like to extend an additional 20% off on the price of the vest. Hi Joaquin, We are sorry tohear that you were not allowed to fly with your registered service dog. We would like to getmore insights on the reason why since according to the final ruling by the Department of Transportation, Service animals including psychiatric service dogs are the only dog's allowed to travel with their dog's inside the cbin with no additional charges. The dog needs to be trained to to perform a specific task to help a disabled person and present a letter from your primary care physician.
