The item that I received is not what was pictured on the website. Still waiting to hear back from the company. I believe that I should have been notified by the company if a different item was to be shipped and should have been given the opportunity to refuse the item and request a refund. Because the website photos clearly show a different item, this looks llike a bait and switch.
Did get a refund and company provided a pre-paid return label for the misrepresented item.

TACTICAL X ABS
I finally reached out to the company selling my favorite item (tactical x abs). Let me say it was a wonderful experience. I was a victim of mailbox vandals and after receiving my tracking number from USPS…I FOUND THAT USPS did deliver my package as the company did send it but was stolen. The company selling tactical x abs graciously offered to send a replacement free of charge , very happy Coustomer.

BEWARE FALSE ADVERTISEMENT
Regrettably, I must assign a one-star rating, and even that feels generous. I am unable to offer a favorable review for this establishment. It appears they are engaging in deceptive practices by displaying images of items on their website that they do not actually sell. Additionally, their location in China (not the US) may complicate seeking legal recourse if you become a victim of fraud.
I recently made an online purchase from their website for a climbing Santa with lights. I believed it was a great deal at $40, as I had previously paid a higher price for a similar item. I ended up buying four, which cost me $169. However, upon receiving the package, I discovered that the contents were different from what I had ordered, and the boxes were damaged. The items appeared to be of poor quality, so I decided to contact the company via email.
In my email, I expressed my disappointment and informed them that I felt I had been deceived. I kindly requested a refund for the purchase. They responded by instructing me to return the items if I wished to receive a refund.
Given the circumstances, I promptly contacted my bank and provided them with all relevant documentation, including correspondence with the company and photographs comparing the advertised product with the actual item received. After reviewing the information, my bank kindly reimbursed the amount I had paid for the purchase.
I recently visited their website and noticed that they are still engaging in deceptive practices. They display a few images of one Santa Claus and a few images of another Santa Claus climbing a ladder. This is likely an attempt to cover their tracks in case a customer receives the wrong Santa Claus and they claim that the one in the photos was the one sent. Customers should carefully examine all photos, including those of Santa Claus climbing a ladder with lights.
If you find yourself in a situation like mine, where you have been scammed, I advise you to contact your bank and provide any relevant documentation, such as photos, emails, or other evidence of the fraudulent transaction. This is what I did, and my bank reimbursed me the money. In many cases, banks can assist customers who have been victims of scams.
Even if you have purchased an item and subsequently received it in a damaged condition, it is advisable to contact the relevant party. Could you kindly ascertain whether they are intentionally ignoring your emails or genuinely dismissing your concerns? Regardless, I recommend that you contact your bank and request reimbursement for the financial loss incurred.
I understand that the scammers may have requested you return the items in exchange for a refund, but I caution against this. Given the circumstances, it would be unwise to trust them with any further financial transactions.
I sincerely apologize for the length of my review. My intention was to prevent others from falling victim to their bait-and-switch scheme.

Ordered a Halloween costume weeks ago
Ordered a Halloween costume weeks ago. They send an acknowledgment without tracking and for a reason, the costume is shipping from China and will arrive in December. This company specializes in holiday scams, steer as clear as possible.

At first I was concerned thinking it wasn’t getting to us in time for Halloween, but it came in time for my son to get to wear it days before Halloween. Fits great and my son loves it.

US NOT America
Despite the name, this company is not American. I ordered my son's Halloween costume 3 weeks ago, and it is expected to arrive in mid November. 🙄 That's not surprising coming from China, but I wouldn't have ordered had I realized.

You sent me the wrong blanket and wouldn't let me exchange it for the correct blanket. I wouldn't ever order anything from you again and I wouldn't recommend you to anyone

Update
This a fraudulent company! They decive the buyer by indicating they are a United States company. The contact information shows a North Carolina address as a warehouse however this is a farce. Shipping indicates Hong Kong China. Do not use or trust this company. Especially do your research, unlike myself who was charged more than indicated on my invoice. I even changed my credit card just incase they save my billing information.
Update: Although I still don't trust this company's validity. I did in fact receive the item I originally ordered albeit extremely later than expected & they still overcharged my credit card from the original invoice.
