This company does not even deserve 1 star. The shoes I received did not fit and when I tried to return, I got nothing but a run around. Stay away from using this company - FRAUD!!!!

If it could be less than one star I would rate it lower. ! Do not purchase from this site....Run the other was as fast as possible. First the shipping takes 2 months and then the product does not resemble the product I purchased let alone knowing it was coming from China of all places. Now the item cannot be returned because it was not damaged. Go to a local store in your area-you will be much happier.

first off when i ordered they said 4-9 days delivery ,got emails saying order shipped ,the 2 nd email was with a note .according to my tracking it will arrive july 2026 ,order # is 474708 ,i would not order from this company ,every product comes out of China ,the customer service phone number is fake i have every email from them if you'd like me to forward any of them this order was to usamerica.shop for a auto relay tester

I ordered 4 jerseys; only 3 arrived. One was the wrong size (XS instead of XL), and despite sending multiple photos as proof, they still refuse to send the correct size or issue a refund. Worst online shopping experience I’ve ever had. The company responded to my review but has yet to resolve the issue. Spare yourself the frustration and avoid shopping here. Several Emails/photos and weeks later I FINALLY received a refund! However no jersey.

Poor quality! I never received a confirmation email with an order# on it, to track the order. This is their return policy: For items such as shoes, clothing, and jewelry (or any products with a size chart), returns and exchanges are not accepted unless we have sent you the wrong size or an incorrect product. I ordered MY size 6 1/2, they sent a 6. The material is so loose at the heal, the shoe doesn't stay on my foot! Their product description says Orthopedic with Arch Support. NOT EVEN CLOSE! Their contact phone# is "Restricted". Hopefully their email address will be helpful, and I receive a free return label and full refund.

I placed an order on February 9,2025 and to date haven't received the product or an email response regarding the status. I will give them one more week and then dispute the charge. How can they take your money and no one is available for communication. Sounds like a scam to me! Never again
