Customer service is non existence
I have tried to contact this company with absolutely no reply. I even set a phone appointment and no one called. I've sent email request and still nothing. Too bad I was really excited to purchase the products after researching them on line. I figure if the customer service is this bad just to ask about what products will work for me it might be a sign to move on.

I'm really sorry we've caused you so much frustration. As I mentioned over email, the person who normally handles the phone calls was in-and-out of the hospital.
