My order was quoted to be delivered in 2 days, but arrived a after a week. After using it every night for one week, I never really felt any different.

Hi Shane, we gave you a generous gift card as an apology for the delay over email last week, the moment we learned of the delay from USPS. We recommend using the product for at least 2 weeks, but if you aren't noticing any effects, make sure you are taking at least the recommended dose of 10-25mg, 1-2 times per day.

Norbert - we've sent you countless emails about this. You live in Germany. We are absolutely, unquestionably, and continually unable to send any of our products to Germany from the United States. However, like I've said in my emails to you, you can order our products from our German website - https://usamedical.de I have refunded your purchase MULTIPLE times, yet you KEEP reordering, even though I've told you we are unable to ship to Germany. My website doesn't even allow you to place an order to any country outside the US, which I'm sure you are aware of, because you keep putting a fake California address and putting your real address in the "Notes" section of the order. That's just not how this works and no amount of poor reviews will change that. I'm sorry I can't send you the products you want. I would love to be able to, but we are a United States company and have federal laws to abide by. Like I have said, the same products are available on our German website (https://usamedical.de) and it will be easy for you to place an order there. I tried the cbd for anxiety and by taking the small dose recommended to be taken in the morning I took the small dose throughout the day and evening. When I increased the dose in the evening, which was supposed to help with sleeping. Hemp oil is what works for sleep. I will continue to use the hemp oil for sleeping.
