The jacket was purchased as a Christmas gift. It didn't arrive in the time they said it would. When it was opened, the jacket did not look like the one we saw. It was large and the quality was poor. We attempted to return it but there was no return label. Once we were able to locate the purchase email, we expressed our disappointed. They refused to give us a refund stating it was over 30 days. Did I mention it was a Christmas gift. Shop elsewhere where you are a valued customer.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. Coat was too big and after copious amount of emails going back and forth I decided to keep the coat and they agreed to a partial refund so I could have the alterations done myself. SO GLAD I DIDN'T PART WITH THE COAT as I would have no coat and no refund. Disgusting business acumen. The quality of the stitching is poor in some areas of the coat. Overall all a really bad experience and I'm going to take this further if I can. But given they state USA they are in India so don't hold out much hope. STAY CLEAR

This company are horrendous, they WILL take your order, send your the worst item of clothing you’ve ever seen and promise you a refund. You will never receive your money back. A woman named LISA AMBER will contact you with many promises and screen shots of FALSE bank papers and LISA AMBER will request you remove your reviews so they can continue their SCAM. PLEASE DO NOT USE USA JACKETS OR UJACKETS BOTH ARE THE SAME COMPANY

I would not recommend doing business with this company. I needed a different size and contacted customer service. I have tried three times to contact them and have yet to receive a response. Beware-if you make a purchase you will be stuck with what you get.

This site is a scam. I ordered a sweater for a friend during the Boxing Day sale. After waiting the "guaranteed" 12-15 days, I reached out and was told the order was still processing. A few days later I reached out again and was told that the supplier ran out of material and they had to cancel my order. For over a week now, I have been chasing for my refund. They have told me multiple times now that there is a technical error but it feels like they are lying and refusing to refund me my money. I don't know if they are hoping customers give up on receiving a refund but note of caution, DON'T BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM. They have even attempted to send me screenshots of the refund but it has all been lies. GO TO YOUR BANK NOW and ask them to help you get your money back. This is the only way.

Ordered the Beth Harmon Queens Gambit Jumper for the other half and I can quite simply say its the worst jumper I have ever seen for the money charged. The quality of the material was terrible (very hard/stiff vs expectation/picture), the neckline is nothing like as advertised and the cuffs are separate items attached. Overall very poor quality and certainly nothing like as advertised. DO NOT BUY THIS ITEM! On the plus side, USA Jacket have responded and offered some compensation but even with this taken into account the cost is way too high for the quality of garment received

Jacket took two months to deliver and was cheap knockoff that looked nothing like the image. I have pictures to show. Took zero responsibility on addressing offering minimal to no compensation. This company offers garbage for product and has poor customer service.

The jacket that they sent to me is in no way identical to the jacket depicted in the Ben Hargreeves listing, with misplaced zippers, missing details and black fur stitched inside. On top of that, I ordered a large size and it did not fit my frame anyway, and I matched my size exactly to what they indicated in their sizing guide. I am completely disappointed, I sent an email regarding what they sent me and provided photos and I haven't received a response lately. If you are like me and you are interested in a leather jacket with a hoodie similar to the one worn by Ben Hargreaves in the show, I would advise you to avoid this online store like the plague that it is, as it has no concern or worries about what they send to customers.
