USA JacketReviews of usajacket.com

I have bought Carol Danvers aviator jacket and it is simple awesome: real leather, very cool patches and it is a really jacket film replica. Thanks to customer care service, I choose perfect jacket size. I'm really satisfied for product, quality, professionality and fast international shipment.

Great quality leather jacket for the price! Had to pay a steep shipping and handling fee to get a larger size, but with international shipping it was understandable. Pay attention to their sizing chart and give yourself extra room for movement and layering. Overall very pleased with my order and will be ordering another jacket in the correct size soon.

Ordered a size too small by mistake, soon enough had a replacement with no problems. The quality has always been great and that hasn't change. Keep up the good work.

The website was easy to navigate and the item page showed plenty of useful information such as the size chart and size guide. The transaction was easy and quick and my purchased jacket arrived quickly. The jacket matched what was advertised on their site. Although I ordered one size too small, once I contacted them, the company was quick to respond and offered a solution that I was happy with and everything was done with a friendly manner. Looking forward to purchasing more from this company in the future.

Viewing and ordering the products was a breeze. I didn’t have any trouble finding or understanding size chart and I love that they offer to help you find the perfect size for you if you send them your measurements. I received my jacket very quickly and feel in love with it the minute I slipped it on. I ordered a size too small and had to exchange it for a larger size. The exchange process was efficient and stress free. The communication and response time was amazing from the company. I will definitely be ordering from this company again.

I ordered a jacket for my wife from US Jackets. The first one we received was too big but the problem was solved very quickly and efficiently. The costumer service is exeptional. As for the jacket itself, the leather is great and it is very well made. It is beautiful. My wife is very happy with it.

Had a great experience with this store, I ordered their replica of the Klaus jacket from Umbrella Academy. It's a wool and leather blend with faux-shearling lining on the inside and around the collar and sleeves. It's absolutely gorgeous, clearly well made, and super comfortable (the shearling is SO soft it feels like a hug when you're wearing it). I admit I was a little cautious ordering from them but I was blown away by the quality of the coat. Customer Service is also really good. I had originally ordered a Medium but found when it arrived that it was way too big on me so they handled an exchange very quickly for an Extra Small. They're very responsive and definitely want their customers happy and in things that fit.

I ordered the Drive Scorpion jacket as a gift and it arrived quickly and just as expected. Unfortunately, the jacket turned out to be too small so I emailed customer service to order a new one and they were very kind, prompt, and extremely helpful! They were clear on what my options were and what to expect. Overall, excellent customer service and the jacket is perfect! Thanks!
