USA JacketReviews of usajacket.com

I was VERY impressed with my coat once it was received. The fit and material was perfect and their customer service representative, Lisa , went above and beyond in answering all my questions. She was fantastic! Also......The shipping was extremely fast! I would definitely order from them again!!

Ordered the Ryan Gosling drive jacket and absolutely blown away by the quality . The price is right! Fantastic customer service. Prompt delivery. Have no hesitation in recommending using these guys

I ordered the X-Men The Last Stand Motorcycle Jacket in blue so I could cosplay as Cyclops from X2 on the 2nd of June, and was very excited to do so. I had requested that they put the logos on the jacket in the appropriate places so it was screen accurate, but however when I received the jacket on the 17th, through whatever reasons, the logos were left off the jacket. I emailed them and was swiftly replied to, which really made it better for me. For the error, they offered a partial refund and to keep the jacket. I’ve never encountered a company that stands by their product like that, and it’s a fantastic thing to deal with. Massive kudos to the USA jacket team for that. As for the actual jacket itself- aside from the mistakes, it is a TOP NOTCH jacket. It literally looks like it was made on the set of X2, and given that it’s a motorcycle jacket...it really feels like it. The X on the chest itself is a reinforced leather, which is an awesome touch and it’s very comfortable to wear. I plan on waterproofing it and wearing it as a normal jacket for winter and fall use! Keep up the good work, guys. You’ve got yourself a repeat offender— I mean customer!

An excellent company to deal with. Very friendly and helpful. They were very quick to respond to my questions, and the service was A+. Would highly recommend USA Jacket and I will be visiting their site again.

Jacket arrived quickly and is great quality. I had follow up questions that were responded to in a very timley fashion and politely. Would highly recommend and would order from again.

Great company, great products, and fast service! A+

I absolutely recommend USA jacket. I had ordered the guardians of the galaxy starlord jacket as a gift for my boyfriend and it didn’t quite fit him. I emailed them about the problem and they got back to me very very quickly and they were so helpful, they gave me a partial refund, a discount on my next order and I was also able to keep the jacket! The jacket quality was very nice as well, you definitely get your money’s worth.
