The jackets are beautiful, it's very nice work! I ordered those from the Motherland Fort Salem series.

They have a very interesting selection of items. I ordered two items. I liked one, but the second did not look like the photos (bulkier). It took a while to get them to accept a return (hence dropping one star) but they eventually did (hence the four stars). They would get so much more repeat business if they were friendlier with returns

As agreed I have now changed my review from a negative to a positive, After ordering two Jackets , not receiving the first one and the 2nd one arriving incorrect , a bit of a battle to get it resolved they got there in the end and have now refunded both of them , I think if a company realises where they are going wrong and rectify’s their error then that can only be a good thing , I wish your company well but leave you with this message I say to everyone when it comes to buisness and dealing with customers ‘ how you leave someone feeling after an experience with you , becomes your trademark’

The customer service email was a bit slow, it would take a bit too long to return some emails, the only serious issue i had is that the status kept saying "processing" and return emails kept saying "in Process", waited 3 weeks, still the same, then i mentioned canceling my order and gettign a refund, "coincidentally" enough an update shows up and tracking number, the tracking had showed that the jacket had already been shipped 5 days prior and i was not notified about that other than return emails saying "being processed". Bit of a supply and Demand/Shipping issue but that is expected ordering close to Halloween and the popularity of the series.

When I first bought the jacket, there was no confirmation email which was worrying. But after contacting them via email they got back to me a day or two later and I found that the item had been shipped the day I bought it! The jacket I received was unfortunately too small, this is my fault for not reading the measurements. I found that the return process was very fast and easy, my advice is just to know your measurements! Great company, the jacket looked astonishing. Just like the pics on the website. I truly strongly recommend USA Jacket, I just also recommend checking your measurements haha!

Thanks to USA jacket team ! My first order was wrong as i choose a size that was really too big for me. I wrote them an email and they solved my problem with an exceptional solution. Stunning customer service and definitely nice people! Recommended 100 %!
