Shady company. Horrible quality merchandise and terrible customer service.

I received a leather jacket from these guys. I ordered a XXXL and received a jacket that was three sizes too small. I have been trying to get it replaced with the right size now for the past six weeks. They asked me to verify my size and they would send me a new jacket. I did that. Then they asked me again and again. Now they are saying that their tailor says that the measurements i sent them are wrong. How can they be wrong? I got them from a valid sizing chart. These guys are stalling either because they don't want to send me a new jacket or they don't have my size. I don't think that they carry a true sized XXXL jacket even know it is available to order. Man, what a negative experience!! By the way, I've sent them my order details at least 5 times.

1) Initial third party payment suspicious. 2) Item arrived weeks after order from United Arab Emirates with packing tape attached to item. 3) Defective item sent (price tag glue adhered to jacket and heat during shipping process melded it into clothing fibers). 4) When I contacted customer support, they said "soak it in water." (I can't make this up.) They also offered a whopping $10 refund (jacket was $70). To their credit, they offered to have me send it to a US warehouse (at my postage expense) for them to reimburse upon receiving item. However, they would not supply address of warehouse. I got an additional message that return window had closed. To be clear, I communicated that item was an xmas gift and figured they'd allow a January return, especially considering it took 3+ weeks to arrive from UAE.

Scam Scam Scam, if you require a refund you will be pushed around for days on end without a specific email explaining they will supply a refund. You constantly have to email to get you money back. The call center is inactive. It’s a complete scam of a company. Please don’t waste your time

Ordered a leather jacket which arrived so poorly packaged that it was damaged beyond wear. Suggest looking elsewhere.

Have been waiting for weeks, proactively asked what was going on, and they were unable to deliver the jacket, telling I didn't want to pay the taxes?? Waste of time

I ordered a jacket on Nov 25th for Christmas. When I gave it to my husband on Christmas the jacket just did not fit. I tried to find on their website what the return policy was but could not find it so I emailed them. The email I received stated that they have a 30 day return exchange policy - no exceptions. Needless to say I was very unhappy and now I have a $100 jacket that my husband can’t wear. Will not buy from them again.

I wish I would never made that purchase.. On the 7th of January I've placed an order for a vest and received a receipt. To this day I have exchanged various emails and in a nutshell, one "Lisa Amber" keeps coming up with different excuses and saying the item is still being processed. Almost 20 days later! They stopped responding and will not refund my money. Also in many places like Facebook and Instagram they try to pass as an American business while they're not. If you visit their website in the "contact us" section you will find that they are in Dorset UK as their telephone number. All their listed items have deliberately their prices in US Dollars for misleading purposes. Stay away and keep your money!
