The customer service is absolutely outstanding! I purchased a jacket that was too small and a replacement was a breeze to get! The jacket is beautiful and made so well. I purchased the Adam Sandler Uncut Gems jacket after my husband saw it in the movie and liked it. It’s an exact replica and he lives it. Thank you USA Jacket! Keep up the great work!

Extremely great costumer service! I Boight the Daft punk instant crush jacket for a friend and I ordered the wrong size and emailed them,they replied extremely fast and helped me with my order. I was a little skeptical about purchasing from this website, but I have to say that I had a great buying experience. I purchased the Gentlemen tracksuit and it did not disappoint. Quality was good and it looked very similar to the one in the movie. The pants did fit smaller than the size I ordered, but customer service was able to get me the correct size at no charge, just shipping.

My daughter got the Back to the Future Marty McFly Puffer Vest. The quality is excellent, very nicely made. Shipping was fast and the item was packaged well. Customer service was very responsive and helpful We found the ladies sizing to run very small, my daughter is tiny and ended up with a Women's Large so it may help to double check sizing before placing an order. But overall my daughter is thrilled with the jacket.

We recently ordered a jacket from USA Jacket, it was the I Am Not Okay With This Sydney jacket. It was GREAT quality however it was a tad too small for my daughter due to the lining in the jacket. I was able to get a replacement for a small fee and got to keep the too small jacket - so my daughter and I will be sporting matching jackets come fall/winter in Texas! I will definetly order again from USA Jacket!
