I strongly recommend the CAITL program
I strongly recommend the CAITL program, which helped me a lot to develop a clear understanding of AI transformation, development and deployment strategies.
I also appreciate a lot the e-learning materials that were covering a wide range of topics.
All was extremely useful!
Thank you USAII.

Disappointed with USAII. Lots of money for just PDFs
The content was good but many problems:
This was basically a very expensive certification which was USAII throwing a few books (PDF) at you, and saying good luck. There were 2 quick webinars with groups. I requested 1:1 time with instructors to answer questions from the materials, had to fight for it and in the end told they don't do this, and was granted only one 30min session. I asked for my detailed exam results and despite repeated requests, never received it. Found out after the fact that the certification expires quickly and that have to pay $1000 to renew (get very little for this $1000). Honestly, this seems like more of a money making operation that a group that wants to progress people with AI knowledge.
Technical challenges with supplementary online courses - never resolved.
Very poor support people turnaround on requests.
Left me wondering why I just didn't buy a few books and save myself a lot of money.

Hi Mr. Mike,
Thank you for taking the time to share your detailed feedback. We truly appreciate your input.
We’re glad to hear that you found the content valuable, though we’re sorry to learn that other aspects of your experience did not meet your expectations, particularly around instructor interaction, support responsiveness, and technical challenges.
At USAII®, our programs are designed as structured, self-paced learning journeys supported by curated study materials and videos, along with additional resources to guide learners effectively. We also strive to maintain complete transparency in all our processes, programs, and policies. Details regarding program structure, learning format, certification validity, and renewal are clearly outlined on our website and across our official collateral to help learners make informed decisions.
We do our best to support our learners in every way possible within our policies, and it’s encouraging to note that many senior professionals and industry leaders have found significant value in our programs and shared positive experiences.
That said, we understand that your experience may not have reflected this standard. Regarding your concerns about limited 1:1 interaction, since we provide self-paced programs, our support for instructor-led learning is limited. Though we have matched our SLA to respond to your queries, we will still investigate this. The exam results are published according to our policies, where we provide module-wise analysis. However, we will look into your concerns internally to understand what may have gone wrong and take corrective action.
Please feel free to reach out to us at [email protected] with your registered email ID, and our team will personally look into this.
Warm regards,
USAII Customer Success Team

The Name Carries More Weight Than the Content
I completed the USAII AI certification program (CAITL) with high expectations and left disappointed not in the subject matter, but in the training itself.
The material is poorly organized, with no coherent learning arc. Much of it is outdated, which is a serious problem in a field that moves as fast as AI. There are no practice questions or exam prep resources, a glaring omission for a certification program. Instructions for the white paper and capstone are vague enough to be effectively useless.
Most damaging: the content is largely generic. Much of it is freely available online. At this price point, that’s not acceptable.
USAII has a recognizable name, and that name creates real expectations. The current program doesn’t meet them.

Hi there,
Thank you for your candid feedback, we truly appreciate you sharing your experience.
We’re sorry to hear that the program did not meet your expectations, particularly around content structure, relevance, and assessment support. At USAII, our programs are designed as structured, self-paced learning journeys supported by curated study materials, videos, and include two live masterclasses by global AI influencers. We also ensure transparency across our programs, with all details outlined on our website and official collateral.
Our program content is regularly updated based on learner feedback, industry relevance, and global demand, especially in regions where AI adoption is still evolving and requires foundational clarity.
For CAITL, we have two different approaches for assessment, where you can either take the exam or submit an AI transformation plan. If you select the exam, only then can you view the practice questions (known as Exam Boosters). We have mentioned this in our Candidate Evaluation Guidelines. This guidelines document includes every detail possible to help the students draft their AI plan and submit it.
That said, your concerns around content organization, updates, and guidance are important, and we will be investigating these internally to improve the overall learning experience.
We strive to support our learners in every way possible within our policies, and many senior professionals and leaders have found value in our programs.
We’d appreciate the opportunity to review your case, please reach out to us at [email protected].
Warm regards,
USAII Customer Success Team

Great and needed Dept Coverage
Given how fast this field is moving, it is understandable that the Agentic AI lifecycle was not included in the course when I completed it. Covering such emerging areas through periodic bulletins or short supplementary modules would make the program even stronger and easily a five-star offering.
