I liked the transparency of the whole hackathon and the judging process

The course work was very hard to complete because of the variety of educators sharing AI knowledge. There was a lot of software to install and configure because of the different platforms used by the different educators. CAIC course work is very confusing with some of the educator's audio in the recording being unclear. I had to review some topics several times to understand the AI fountain being divussed. Overall, the course does allow me to accomplish the goal in passing the exam. The exam itself was well done.

The certification process itself was smooth and professionally administered. The exam was challenging in a fair way, testing real understanding rather than rote memorization. Customer support deserves a particular mention. Responses to my queries were prompt, clear. That made the whole experience feel reassuring.
