Satisfied customer in Central IL
I looked into multiple companies when researching solar panels and ended up choosing USACEA. I got connected with Tyler McMillan as my sales rep, and he was outstanding from beginning to end. He's one of the better sales reps I've ever worked with in any industry. The solar installation and activation process is a long process, but Tyler and USACEA kept me posted throughout, and they were responsive if I ever had a question. I ended up referring multiple people in my area to Tyler and USACEA, and they all had an excellent experience with him as well. Overall, it was a smooth process and I would recommend USACEA. If anyone is considering solar panels, I recommend contacting Tyler directly. The crew did a good job on the install, and the equipment is solid. It looks sleek up on the roof. We love our solar panels so far, and I'm glad we chose USACEA.

From the first phone call to the time I was able to throw the switch on for producing my own power my experience with Revolution Solar was great, talking with the people getting the job moving foward to the crew that came out and installed the system was fantastic

Great communication
Great communication. They walked me through the entire process and made it simple. They answered all my questions and kept me updated. When I had questions they were easy to contact. It was a pleasure upgrading to solar.

Good
Started out a little rough and communication was off but things quickly got back on track. Scheduling was a challenge but could have been the holidays that caused delays. There was great effort from corpate office staff and my project manager. Glad its done and ready to see what this solar program will do for us in the future.

Solar panels
I just want to let you know that Greg Sevdagian,for all the help with signing up for solar panels. We also had a roof an trees being cut down. All the people that came here was so respectful. I am telling everyone I know about you guys. Thanks again. Sherry Crouch

The best customer service!
Sohik from Quality Assurance Retention is amazing! I had a situation where I needed to cancel my installation because I am moving out of state for a new job. She worked hard to help get the loan closed with no obligation from me. I greatly appreciate her attention and understanding to my situation and going to bat for me. I hope that USA Clean Energy and Revolution Solar understand what a good job Sohik does an a daily basis for their customers. She is polite, understanding, knowledgable and truly cares about the customers experience. If I am in a position to consider solar again, I will definetly choose this company, and Sohik because I doubt I would receive such great customer service anywhere else.
