Transaction was smooth and easy, CS answered all my questions. Delivery came in as a surprise, we never received tracking. For commercial properties, this is a bit challenging if not coordinated effectively. Lastly, 2 boxes arrived, with 5 of the panels being destroyed. I'll likely want to coordinate a different delivery method next time if allowed to do so. According to the driver, he received the items in poor condition so it's difficult for me to determine the root cause whether this was in the warehouse or in transit.

Two attempted deliveries and both showed up damaged. When order was cancelled and refund requested it took a week for a response and the threat of a charge dispute before a response was received and refund processed.

Unfortunately this company has some good products. They are sadly not reputable with their advertising and promotion of those products. They have multiple prices listed differently on different platforms and boast free shipping but do not honor such. When confronted they refuse to communicate or explain and simply cancel orders after a weeks wait time.
