I love the wall panels, my only issue is that the edges were exposed particle board and not a finished color

This is the second time I have delivered completed files to people introduced themselves to be related with this company, only for them to withhold approval of the final milestone. The files were submitted eight weeks ago, and I have repeatedly requested that the milestone be reviewed and approved. Despite my follow-ups, the payment remains pending, and I have not received a satisfactory explanation or resolution. I completed the work and delivered the requested files as agreed. Waiting this long for approval and payment is unacceptable and has caused considerable frustration.

Samples were delivered promptly and were acceptable in quality, though not my preferred option among other suppliers I evaluated. The reason for the one-star rating is that the company emailed me offering a 10% discount in exchange for leaving a Trustpilot review. Incentivizing reviews calls into question the credibility of their ratings and undermines trust in the platform. I believe reviews should reflect genuine customer experiences without financial incentive.

So far have only ordered samples from company , but I've been impressed with the various pieces I've gotten .

I'm a builder in Alabama. Placed an order for a metal entry door in August with the understanding of 10-12 weeks for delivery due to special order. Still have not received the door. Contacted them every week with same response "It's due to arrive by the end of this week". Even confirmed by email as well. They have my money ($6K plus), no one in management or owners will talk to me or contact me. NEVER NEVER deal with them. Crooks.................... We're currently going through legal means to get refund.

Quality product.

I’m building a home and got most of the interior materials from here. Prices were fair, and the team was very professional. Their products have a premium look and feel. I will definitely come back for future projects.
