Hi Chantal when you purchase this come automatically. You will find that it may have been in your junk folder or possibly the email was missing at letter. The tracking comes direct from the shipping company and not us. If you like when you purchase next time send us a quick email after so we can make sure that all information is correct and we can work from there where the confirmations are going to. Emma
