I’ve been using this product for two weeks now, and I haven’t seen much weight loss, maybe it’s me I’m not doing the diet correctly or this just don’t work for me. Most definitely I’m gonna keep using this product till I reach my goals, I’ll be more then happy to update my review if anything changes. But remember this is not a bad review, this review is just about my personal experience so far, not all bodies are the same.

You have to stick to a strict diet to get there. What is the added value of such an expensive product? I feel like I have thrown away a large sum of money.

Hi Fateja. Sadly you can't eat the foods you ate that aided in the weight gain and lose weight. The diet is clean eating and the products make it easier for the weight loss. We are one of the best value diets for the results around. Most of our dieters tell us how much money they save by doing the 123Diet. I am not sure of any diet that works that you don't have to stick to. I wish you all the best with your weight loss and am hear for you if you wish to stick to it and are serious about getting those extra lbs off. Emma
