Weightless 123, no order received, tracking number not working , phone lines constantly engaged , no one replying to emails . Extremely poor customer service.

Your drops and tablets were out of date and still didn't work, even though I followed them for two weeks and when I asked for help, I didn't get help.

It just doesn’t work as it says on the website, it’s been month but it hasn’t shown any results yet

Written wrong address on package on my package lost at the first , asked for replacement and they sent short order and ask again my third package on the way , and we couldn’t start our diet, very poor packaging and order checking. Never shop again from America, I will order in future from Australia branch. Sadly. 👎👎

After putting my order, i was charged 30 euros just for shipping which is ok, I understand it is how fedex charges. Anyways, i had to receive the drops on 6 of may . However after back and forth emails ( i was told that they will cancel the previous order and put a new one) i got a new email which said I should expect to receive my new drops on 14th which again is fine. After the covid I understand that shipping remains very much affected. Again, after two days, I received another email saying i will receive the drops on 17th. I am leaving the country where I ordered the drops from, on 16th . I have left couple of messages to Emma, however everytime i get “i will send your message to x and y”. “I will update you”. Do not expect customers to wait for ages or make sure you get back to them if you tell them so. Overall, anyone who wants to buy This product, make sure you order it a year before you expect it to arrive.

I did not lose even one pond. I am so sorry to pay $100. It was a BIG LIE. I am so mad...

I have another review on here that I can’t remove for some reason. It was about customer service. While the customer service was phenomenal and they fixed the situation, unfortunately the TASTE of the drops is something I just can’t do. So I have officially wasted my money since I can’t get past the bad taste in my mouth. I’ve thrown the drops away. Thank you to Emma who for a new bottle to me quickly after FedEx lost my original package but, the taste is not for me. I can’t do it. I’ve seen no other reviews about taste which I’m very much surprised about. The taste is a combination of menthol throat spray, flowers and robitussin. I am highly allergic to flowers so perhaps my sensitivity towards that affected the taste. Either way I can’t use this product so 1 star for me. EDIT: the issue isn’t training my body to stop eating sweets. You’re under the impression that I like sweets when I don’t at all. I actually eat very healthy. I have an overactive hormone in my body that makes me think I’m hungry when I know I shouldn’t be and I wanted to just use this as an appetite suppressant instead of being on other type of drugs that have bad side effects. So no- customer support wouldn’t have helped me whatsoever and I did waste my money.

The product makes me sick eveytime i try to take it, face gets red and hot, shortness of breath and nauseous. I am extremely dissapointed i really wanted to be able to take them and hate that it was a waste of money for me.
