I hired them to move our belonging and was told that the 1st month of storage would be free and if we needed to store our belongings, and after 1st month the fee would be $200.00 now I am getting a call that the bill is $490.00. 1st they changed our rate that was given to us when picking up our furniture. Now this? I will never refer this company to anyone.

Patricia we never like to hear any of our customer are not 100% satisfied with their move. Please understand USA Moving Solutions does not control the prices of the storage units and that is regulated but the storage unit companies. The only way your price would have increased is because you added more inventory and needs a bigger storage unit. But please call our customer service team and we would love to help you with some of those cost.

Giving a one star is too much
Giving a one star is too much. Our move was a disaster. Took over a month to go from Arizona to Massachusetts. Boxes marked FRAGILE totally damaged. A chair and table broken, expensive art pieces destroyed, glass broken, a $600.00 Calvin Klein plate broken other items broken. Received a box of items not belonging to us. Missing a dyson vacuum, a Miele vacuum wand, a Kuerig coffee maker and who knows what else.
Never in my life have I had such a terrible experience.
They can make all kinds of excuses but I know what they put me through and this truly is a legitable review.

If you like being treated badly and wish half your stuff could be broken, this is the broker for you!!!!
Not only was the experience an absolute nightmare. About 50% of my items were delivered damaged. We were missing boxes and were delivered some other people's boxes.
The company removes bad reviews by claiming the reviewers accidently reviewed the wrong company. Nope, it's you.
Reading all these reviewed where they steal your deposit and they change the price ( we had no change in the amount of items or cubic feet) after your items have already been loaded. They basically hold your items hostage.
Reading the responses to the complaints listed here just proves that this company refuses to acknowledge how poor their service is. It's much easier to blame the customer for having a bad experience, isn't it?
I hope they get their butts sued off.
Response from Us Moving servicesMay 28, 2022
We can not find any customer information on this review and it has been reported. We also looked in our system and we can not find any customer belonging that were held hostage. If this is a real customer please be sure to reach out to our customer service team so we can make things right with you on our end.

JUST. STAY. AWAY.
Update: all of the five star reviews are of actual movers. Read them - they are 5-star reviewing an actual move. USA MS is not a mover. The 5 star reviews are all fake. All of the complaints are about a broker. USA MS is a broker. The 1-star reviews are all real. One Fake Review is by Justin Spillis, sales manager for a related moving company in Daytona. D’oh! We’ve been duped!
Nicole Zucarini and her review is 100% correct. Their reply is total BS, as would be anticipated from a scam company that merely fronts for trucking companies so bad that no one would ever hire them (the CS rep (recorded call) for USA moving solutions actually told me that - “if people used review to hire these carriers no one would ever hire them, that’s why we act as a broker”).
Nonsense broker company, sets you up with the worst carriers. They just jacked up my 87 year old in-laws, delivering over 2 weeks late after ignoring them, and delivering their goods in tatters. Unfortunately this happened after I had already booked my move with these moving brokers. Less than one week before the move, they still will not give me a date, and still cannot provide carrier information so I can insure my move. When I call or email, literally no one care, and they keep telling me they only have to give me the information I request within 24-48 hours prior to actual move. So…on a cross country move, with all of my belongings, where I have to leave here on a particular date, they say they “only have to tell me 24 hours before actual move.” Also, they will not give a final price until 24 hours before the move, at which point they apparently tell you that you have to pay more than the initial estimate (because they artificially deflated it). Insanity.
I canceled my move when they still didn’t give me the required info, and I had only 6 days to my move. Then I get a call from a rude “manager” who just talked over me, and told me they are keeping my $3100 deposit. I say that is unacceptable, but as with everyone I have dealt with with this company, he gives zero you know whats.
HERE IS SOME FIVE STAR ADVICE FOR ANY POTENTIAL CUSTOMERS: JUST. STAY. AWAY.
Literally anybody is better than this company. I am filing attorney general complaints against them in AZ, FL, and NY. All of the others I have read on here and elsewhere that have experienced a USA Moving Solutions nightmare should do the same.
P.S. I received several emails from them offering a portion (between 10-30%) of the $3100 as a refund, but I would have to sign the most onerous release and non disparagement agreement I have ever seen. This tells me that this is their business - screwing people over and then silencing them. Their lawyers help inflate their ratings by making sure the people who get scammed are quieted.
PSS their reply is predictably false. My “pick up date” was *either* May 22 or MAY 23. I just wanted to set for the 23rd (because I have a 7 day drive set for that day) but they refused. Still had no QC call, no final amount owed, still up in the air. The carrier they assigned was uninsurable due to its terrible reputation, and that same carrier just ripped off my in laws (APX trucking, go look at their reviews). It was 5-6 days before my not finalized pick up date, and I emailed a rep asking the name of the carrier so I could insure. Reply stated they did not assign a carrier yet. Their rep did tell me their carriers all have terrible reviews.
Then when I followed up on Monday I got a rep just stating “we don’t have to tell you until 24-48 hours before the move.”
And offering me $900 back on a $3100 deposit, where your company did literally nothing (other than treat me and my move like garbage), is in no way a “generous refund,” especially when it comes with the requirement that I sign the most onerous, legalese-filled release I have ever seen.
Their responses keep getting more brutal. “No tit for tat. We are not in the business of making our customers look bad,” but also “ MOST OF THE THING SAID ARE FALSE.” Hilarious. Everything I have posted here is accurate and true. Requesting a scheduled date for pickup is not asking for a guarantee. Imagine booking your plane ticket and being told, “you have a 24-48 window for actually flying, and we don’t tell you your exact flight time until the day before, because you know, stuff happens. Also, we won’t tell you the actual price of your ticket until you are ready to board.” This is a joke.
USA moving Business Model:
Step 1: Savvy salesperson underestimates the cost and gives you great price.
Step 2: client signs contract that is non-refundable unless canceled within 72 hours:
Step 3: Do not provide final shipping date or price until it is too late to cancel and too late to book a replacement mover.
Step 4: silence any unhappy customers with ridiculous non-disparagement settlement agreement.
Step 5: keep the $$$-no work
Response from Us Moving servicesMay 18, 2022
Good Morning Brant and our potential customers. This review make us very sad considering MOST OF THE THING SAID ARE FALSE. Brant did indeed book a move with our company and we did reach out to him every step of the way, even the owner gave him a call personally to try and work things out. But we do want to touch on a few things that sound very contradicting in this review.
We work very hard to ensure that every move goes the best it can, with that being said there are a lot of things Brant is leaving out. Now as a company we can sit here and put in ALL our email responses and call recording out to the public but we would never discredit a customer like that. We did indeed have a moving company on this move and when the customer did say he would like a different company we did indeed reserve another moving company to his move. We also had given this client pick up information however he demanded guarantees and that is something we do not do seeing how we can never predict if there are any type of hiccups that may occur like, traffic, act of nature, truck breaking down, ect. Our Job as a company is to make sure that we coordinate your move to the best of our abilities and we stand be the carriers we use and if they do not live up to our expectations we fire them.
Now with all that being said this customer did indeed cancel 5 days before his move and wanted a full refund, but due to the contract he did sign we already had made arrangements for 2 different moving companies to go out there and that does cost our company money to reserve the space on the truck for the move. We did indeed offer this customer a very generous refund that he did except and then backed out of at the last minute. We are still willing to perform the move and even work with this customer even after leaving this very misleading review about our company. So to any of our potential customer that may be reading this please understand that moving can be very stressful not only for our customers but also for the moving company as well. Here at USA Moving Solutions we work very very hard to make sure all our customer are taken care of with the utmost respect and care. We strive to give our all our customer and potential customers a stress free move but everyone has to understand that this is the moving industry and even the major moving companies have things like this and a lot worse go wrong with their moves and their customers moves. So to the gentleman who left this review we would love 1% of your trust to perform your move and we will gladly earn the other 99% through performance so please give us a call today.
PS: Yes we do ask you to sign a refund agreement that our lawyers have written up to protect the customer 1st and the company 2nd. Brant please understand we are still willing to service your move and any other corresponding will be done in privately. We are not the type of company to go tit for tat and make our customers look bad even though that is all you are trying to do to us. Please call our customer service team so we can assist you further.
PSS: Everything I have posted here is accurate and true.
We will not stoop to your level but the plane ticket analogy really lol. Let me tell you about the last time i took a flight where my plane was delayed for 24 hour and they didn't even pay for my hotel or give me any type of notice until I got to the airport. Brant you have to be really kidding me right now, you sound like an educated man so I don't know why you would even use the plane ticket analogy. Now if you would like us to service your move give us a call because by now any of our potential customer that are reading this can clearly see that we are trying to work with you and how unreasonable you are being. We have documented proof that we offered you a refund that you agreed to and then refused. On top of that we are still willing to service your move. We told you we would give you the name of the carrier we also gave you the pick up dates that the movers would be there. We really don't understand why you wont work with us and understand that there are expenses into planning your move people don't work for free buddy. That is like asking you to work for free in your line of work. This will be our last response to this review so if you want to continue making yourself look bad by all means go ahead. We will not stoop to your level any more and we will not post all the emails we have about how rude and unreasonable you have been. We completely understand how stressful moving can be but it is our job to take the stress off your shoulders but unfortunately you have made this experience a memorable one that is for sure.

SCAM COMPANY!!
SCAM COMPANY!!! Beware!! This company lures you in with a low price, smooth talking salesman who knows the business, a legitimate appearing front. However, this company is a scam. Their goal is to get you to sign a contract and place a down payment so that they can “hire moving space on other trucks” then send a final contract basically forcing you to either pay the increase in security deposit or they won’t move forward. I received a phone call after I placed my name in a website to obtain multiple quotes at one time for comparison. There is a contract where they require a down payment deposit before you can move. I gave them a deposit of $1300. There is a seven day cancellation policy in which you will not get your deposit back if you cancel seven days before your move. I called them multiple times to get verification of when someone was going to give an estimate for my new box amount. I finally received a phone call four days before my move. They re-calculated the move estimate which was twice as much, 3300 to over $6500. I started to ask why it cost so much! They stated that they simply placed it in some department of transportation software that automatically calculated the cost of space. They continued to give me the runaround. I said I wanted to cancel I don’t trust you. They kept reminding me that there was a legal binding contract stating that they would not give the money back under any circumstances. I found that strange and started to research. I noticed that other customers went through the same issues with this company. Their goal is to swindle money from you by looking like a legitimate moving company. I could not believe such a huge price increase when no one even came over or offered video conferencing to count the boxes and look at things themselves. I also told them that I wanted to go with my original pricing and I would downscale my move. I didn’t hear anything that night but the next morning multiple phone calls came in stating that they wanted to get ready for the move. I said that I wanted to cancel and did not trust them based on what I had heard. Other customers stated that they never received furniture or their belongings as of yet. All I can say is that the five star rating that you see online is false. This company is a scam and I reported them to the authorities. The goal of usamovingsolutions.com is to lure you in, hike up your prices basically forcing you to pay more or lose your prior security deposit. And then the final outcome has been mixed people either say they had a great experience which I highly doubt or, the customers state that their furniture never arrives and it is a horribly unprofessional crew. Buyer beware!
Response from Us Moving servicesMay 17, 2022
First I would like to say we are very sorry you feel like you did not have a good experience with USA Moving Solutions because we strive to show our clients a good experience. Next, USA Moving Solutions is not a scam company or a front company. USA Moving Solutions is a real company that services about 300-400 moves a month with an active DOT that anyone can look up on their own.
Now to address your comments in the review: I would like to inform not only you Nichole but everyone how our estimates, and every other company in the industry works. First you put your information in for multiple quotes for moving and we get your information that way. Then USA Moving Solutions calls to let you know we can service your move but we will need some information from you first. The MOST IMPORTANT information we need is your inventory and the services you want to have performed for you. So you, or any customer, must give USA Moving Solutions an accurate description of the items you need to have moved. It is also important to tell us if you need any packing of these items. If an accurate inventory is NOT given that leads to the price being raised. This is explained in our estimate in multiple sections and not hidden. With that being said Nichole only told us that she only needed 16 items/or 64 pieces of furniture (553 Cubic Feet) that needed to be moved in the initial booking call. Nichole signed stating this is what she wanted us to move. Now we do what's called a Quality Assurance call 3-5 days before your move because we know that while you are packing up things can change. Clients either get rid of things and add things they thought they would sell off but didn't and this is why we do that call. During that call Nichole went from the 16 items/or 64 pieces of furniture to 37 items/ or 136 pieces (914 Cubic Feet). This is a big change in inventory and that is the reason for the price change. So if all of this inventory was given the first time around the price would have been correct on the initial booking call. We also ask for a second payment from anyone who adds inventory/services during the Quality Assurance call because we have to re-reserve the correct space on the truck so the truck coming for pickup has the right amount of space needed for the customer. I'm sure if the truck came out with the wrong space and not enough room you would be more upset about having to either wait for a second truck or have to push your pickup date to a different day. But if any client wants to stay with the original inventory and price they can but 99% of the time that happens the clients ends up adding the extra inventory while the movers are on site thinking it will go on with no extra charges. Extra services/space taken up equals cost. With Nichole requesting to cancel 3 days before her first available pickup date she would not get a FULL refund because we had already spent the money given during the original booking to reserve the space on the truck that was all set to go out to her home in 3 days. We did however offer Nichole a partial refund of 30% of her deposit, which is more than what our contract states we have to give back, but she refused and threatened USA Moving Solutions with legal action because she didn't agree and wanted a full refund. That is a form of coercion. Also when you look at our contract you signed it does state that you waive a physical inspection of your belongings. This is because no company that services the lower 48 states can be everywhere so we provide inventories/services over the phone. If anyone wants to do a facetime walkthrough we have no problem providing that but we need to know during the first initial call so we can set that up for the client and representative. Lastly when it comes to delivery of peoples goods; if you again look at the contract signed it does give an estimated delivery window depending on the miles you are moving and the first available delivery date you give the movers at the time of pickup. I hope this helps clarify things for you Nichole and also for whoever is reading this response. USA Moving Solutions is still willing to offer a partial refund so please call our Customer Service Department at 877-531-2813
Thank you

If I could give this business 0 stars I…
If I could give this business 0 stars I absolutely would. I am still convinced that this business is a total scam and that all of these 5 star reviews are fake, I mean seriously, have you ever heard of a real company that only has 5 star reviews and nothing else? Me either, but we were in a pinch so I decided to believe the hype and give them a try, a decision that I totally regret. We were promised this amazing, professional experience, last minute and all and when I thought it sounded too good to be true, I was right.
What we actually got was 2 random men with a Penske truck and no credentials (you can make up whatever fake name and reviews you want for these guys after the fact but since they showed me ZERO credentials when they were here it doesn't matter), who told us that our item list was grossly underestimated (and this happens often apparently) even though everything in our house was on the list, and that they didn't have the space nor the manpower for our move. They further stated that they would have to hire dayworkers on Craigslist to move only half of our items and they really didn't want to do that. They pulled up Penske truck rental on my phone and said that we should just do it ourselves and they left. Crazy because they had our item list in hand so how was anything such a surprise to them?
I tried to call this USA Moving solutions multiple times to help us while they were there but nobody answered until after they left. The mover guys "claimed that they were calling as well" but of course nobody answered until they were long gone and we were standing in our driveway with all of our stuff, scrambling to get a Penske last minute on Easter.
Now this company is telling me that they won't refund my 1000 deposit because they did their job and I refused service and refused to pay extra for extra space on the truck. What extra space? They didn't have it, the truck was full! I would have happily paid extra for more space even though it was YOUR trusted salesman who underestimated my spacial needs. I don't know what program you use to plug in lists and come out with cubic feet but perhaps it needs updating, either way I would've paid the extra still. But your guy said he needed more than 2 people, didn't have enough room, had to go on Craigslist and hire a transient person to come help him with half of my move and that overall it was unreasonable for them and they just wanted to go because none of it made sense to them, and they left. So how is this a refusal of service on my part? I'm seriously confused.
You did NOT follow through on your contract. You didn't send me a professional mover with enough manpower and space for my items, you underestimated my items cubic footage, you didn't provide me with assistance while the movers where there, and you left me flat in the street with my items (that I had moved myself in order to help them out) to hire a Penske with an injured husband and 2 little kids, making my entire experience a nightmare. Then you want to take my money, what a joke!
Absolutely horrible service, your reps continue to twist my words around and say that they offered to move half of my items and that's good enough to earn 1000 of my money, when I'm clearly telling them that the guy pulled up Penske truck rentals, offered me his discount on a truck and left.
Don't use this company! They are a scam!
Thankfully my entire building watched this all happen and they felt so bad for us that they all gathered together and moved us in the Penske that your moving company gave us the information and the discount for. 🤦♀️ Overall a terrible experience that I wish on no one.
Response from Us Moving servicesMay 18, 2022
Jennette Gerlitz We never like to hear about a bad moving experience. But we would like to clarify a few things for our potential customers. When the movers arriver you did have additional inventory that was not on your original estimate so that is why the price increased on you. When you spoke to the booking agent as well as the quality assurance agent you never disclosed the additional items, so we were unaware that you had more things. Please understand that your estimate is based on cubic feet so on the original estimate you had 537cf and when the movers arrived you added an additional 363cf so that is why your price went up. This was all explained to you at the time of booking as we do have the call recorded. Now with that being said we want to leave you happy so if you can please call our customer service team we would love to work out an agreement with you where you are left satisfied.
