Maryah First we are very sorry about your loss. We also want to make a few things clear about your move for any of our potential customers. This move was booked last minute with a pick up in Montana one of the hardest service areas in the USA. As a moving coordinator we have several moving companies that service the area but since this was a last minute move we had to have them scramble around to get to you. Which we hads a mover coming to your house but unfortunately it was not in the time frame that you wanted. The movers were coming but it was going to be in the afternoon since they had to make other arrangements with their other customers, but they were on the way to you and when you spoke with Sam he explained this to you but you did cancel your move to go with a local moving company. While all this was happening the movers we sent out to you wasted a lot of time and manpower to make sure they could fit you in their schedule just to have you cancel because they could not get to you until the afternoon and not the morning. Please for whoever is reading this Sam did the best he can to work with the customer and we as a company will be listening to the phone calls today to make sure we did everything correct on our end. Also please understand this was a pick up in Billings Montana which was last minute and we did manage to find a carrier to get out there in a 1 days notice but the customer did cancel and we had to make the carrier make other arrangements and also cover their expenses they lost out on. We as a company will go above and beyond for all of our customers but we will also stand by our carriers and if they do something wrong we will hold them accountable and make it right. With this situation USA Moving Solutions and the carrier we assigned worked very hard for this customer without the customer giving us a full chance to service the move for her. If the customer wants to call today and discuss some type of compensation we will be more then willing to work with her.
