They lie to win bid load half my stuff and leave the rest without more money. Hostage taking had no choice was in a contract for closing. No time to find another. They tried charging me for pads at both ends. I lost thousands of dollars in property they would not load like they were suppose to. Also showed up late and wreaking of alcohol. Edited to include the correct numbers, dates and details. I booked my move with them and tried to cancel due to a passing in our immediate family and then not having my belongings insured. I tried to cancel with my sales rep Chris before the 72 hrs was up via text message and I was ignored twice. My husband called 12 hours after the 3 day cancellation window was up. i thought most companies allow you to cancel 3 days prior to your move not after booking. Their customer service was terrible. I even sent a text to the agent saying “I think I should cancel as I can’t afford this and want to go the PODS route, what is the cancellation window” (I was in the time frame) (there customer relations lady said, we’ll you stated that “YOU THINK” that was not direct enough, anyone in customer service understands that this means to cancel and they should have followed up and not ignored me) terrible response, actually it was, as I stated I can’t afford this what is the cancellation window. Mind you, I never got a response that it was 3 days after booking from the rep Chris that I had done all my communication with. They would not work with me on cancellation and are keeping $2050 deposit I put down. They never provided any services for me. I did want and tried to cancel. I can not afford to pay for the move plus 3rd party insurance. The insurance was not communicated to me until after I booked, so I messaged the 3rd party insurance company and they got back to me with how much it would be, that’s when I sent the text which was on Sunday, we’ll within their cancellation window. Also something to think about, life happens and the fact that they don’t allow you to cancel a mere 3 days after you book, to me is insane. Find a company to move your belongings that allow a cancellation window within 3 days of pickup date. Most moving companies, including PODS has this structure in their contracts. The way they treated me, there was no way I was going to let a company like this move my personal belongings across the country. It’s really a shame, they could have earned my business back had they done the right thing! My move was not even scheduled until Dec 16, or 17th. I booked on Dec 2nd. I'm a very nice, honest, and reasonable person. I specifically wanted to cancel due to them not insuring my belongings at all and we had a death in the family. I had to put my move on hold. Also, there was no way I would have them move my belongings, not being insured. The total move would have been $10k+ I can not afford this. They also offered to give me 20% of my $2050 back, they had not provided any services for me and Ibtried to cancel. This was absolutely unacceptable. This was the worst experience of my life. Losing a loved one and then dealing with a company like this durning the holidays was very traumatic. Very unfortunate, please do your homework!

1) They missed the delivery date I was given by their sales team by more than a month, took about two months to get me my stuff, then didn't deliver all of it when they finally came. They then took an extra couple weeks to get me my missing couch, and then cancelled four delivery dates for my final box-- then, after that, the guy who had it just eventually told me it cost too much for him to deliver just one box. Two weeks or so after that he then told me it is permanently lost. How odd that this happened after he told me it cost too much to get to me! This caused me to ask for their customer service rep's help in getting that box back. USA then dodged my calls, told me there's nothing they can do, then asked me what was in the box that I was being so persistent about. 2) They subcontract out the actual moving of your goods. The individual they gave my goods to is a man named "Scrootney". He enjoys shouting at customers on the phone, as I have learned first-hand. I would not have hired this man given the choice. 3) USA & Scrootney destroyed two of my lamps and scratched up most of my furniture. They also damaged almost all of the boxes we gave them-- some had fist-sized holes in them.

Great company, great customer service. Every time I called I was able to talk to a live person. The showed up and did a great job. Had my beds broken down by the time we left to get food and came back. Was very impressed! Now we can start planning my moms move here!

Big time scam. Run Received estimate on 9/7/22 Shawn was our contact We are leaving to move to Florida on this coming Sunday. We had a y haul and trailer hitch for to tow a vehicle and then we looked into having it done for us. So we call US MOVING SOLUTIONS received the quote. Told them that we needed a 26 foot truck to to carry 3-4 bedroom apartment. My girlfriend Cheri V had did all of the leg work. Then I decided to check up on the company and the reviews ….welll….see below. So I red flagged it. Called them and confronted them about the reviews. And Shawn assured me that all was legit and made excuses as to what the other bad reviews then I had more questions so I texted him back and said I have another question about the estimate .we had planned n a 26 foot uhaul truck and a typical uhaul truck has a capacity of 1600 cubic square ft on the estimate you only have it down for half that amount. Are you saying that if there’s more than that you quoted we will have to pay more ? He texted me back (and if I can find a way to copy and paste what he said I will) and he stated literally on the text : No, this is a binding contract not to exceed quote. We’re simply arriving with a 26 foot truck. I added plenty of buffer space to do this job. You guys are all good to go. I said : ok He said: 1600cf is a 4-5 bedroom I said : ok He said : believe me when I tell you you are in good hands I said : ok Then tonight my girlfriend gets a call from the moving company that us moving solutions hire … because they are “apparently”’ a broker. They have my girlfriend go over literally every single item. Pots and pans and brooms and mops and a basket Ridiculous right. ? count up double of what we spoke to Shawn about. They tell my girlfriend that it’s gonna cost double from $6500 now up to $12,0000. We knew what size truck we needed we told Shawn and he even assured us per above statement So much more I could go on and say here The first thing though they said they had room in another truck to fit our stuff in as they were headed that way. But then says we getting Our own truck. See others below that were told same scam story. We ended up calling our card for fraud and Cheri was willing to have card to become unusable. Because they shut your card down if you file fraud. Thank god. Almost lost our money. Shawn will make some excuses. But not here. I said we needed a 26 foot truck to hold that size apartment. Which it easily does and he said we were all set with that price and that truck. Period. No excuses about the moving company you hire either. You said we were good to go. Shame on Shawn. Going to BBB next as wel as state attrorneys. You guys are scammers with fake reviews. You intentionally make money off of not giving depsosits back when it’s too late after the second call to go over items. Then you double it. You lied to us. I have the texts to prove it as well. From Shawn I’ll keep pushing this as far as I can go. All social media etc
