I strongly advise others to exercise caution before using USA LLC Filing. My experience was extremely disappointing. After paying for my LLC filing, I was charged for additional services that I did not knowingly select or authorize. When I contacted customer support, I was told that these options had been selected during checkout, despite there being no clear indication that I had agreed to recurring or optional charges. The website gives the impression that it is an official or government-related filing service, when it is actually a third-party company. I also found it difficult to obtain my business documents and received very little assistance from customer support. After researching further, I discovered that many other customers have reported similar experiences, including unexpected charges, difficulty obtaining refunds, poor customer service, and confusion over optional services.

They mislead individuals into thinking they are the actual state website for filing an LLC with their Google SEO strategies and proceed to charge for way more than it cost to file with the state. My bank flagged them thank goodness. They got 189.00 from me before they were blocked from my credit card and refuse to refund my money. I've emailed and called numerous times. They have an F rating with the BBB.
