Very helpful when my EIN request was escalated to manual review. I would have appreciated more proactive communication earlier on in the process. However, a ton of work was done on my behalf and they were very knowledgeable.

This process is really confusing and overwhelming to try to navigate on your own. Missed a couple of their emails to complete filing initially, but customer support was very helpful, clearly explaining the process and what I needed to do. I also got my documents very quickly, which was a plus!!

After I realized, I was skeptical and tried to contact them to cancel but their AI chatbot was not helpful. I had to wait until a weekday to hear back from a human. After Addy finally called me back on Monday morning, she talked me through all of the items in my order and reassured me that the service they provide is real and not a scam. I changed my mind about them and they ended up being really helpful, especially with my EIN which had an error message that required a long hold time for an IRS phone call. Service was great, but definitely recommend reading the fine print and all confirmation emails to make sure you only pay for what you need.
