The company is pretty good and I like what they do. I like how, as far as I'm aware of, all of their active ingredients are backed up through scientific research. I also thoroughly enjoy the members benefits just by simply creating an account. On that end, SuperSmart is certainly doing business the right way. Also, after placing an order, the product ships out quickly. Their customer service is friendly and professional both via email and telephone. However, I feel that emailing isn't the absolute best for inquiries. I only say this because although I've been helped, I never received a response after replying to an email, which I waited a week for before deciding to call. This may be because of other emails, not enough employees responding to emails as I've only spoken with one particular person numerously, as well as other job related duties that they may be doing. All in all I really like this company, how they do business, and how they treat their customers. It's immensely appreciated to see a company put their customers first and I hope they continue to stay true to their roots. I know I can both trust and rely on them for my quality health products as well as ask for help or advice if needed. I also like how they're near my home town in Florida as I'm from Boca Raton! Thank you for being a great company and helping me in my times of need. Companies like this one make me legitimately want to go work for them, so that should say a lot. Great job and keep it up! I appreciate all of your hard work and I appreciate this business.
