Sample package was delivered to wrong address and NatureWall is the most difficult to get a hold of. Still haven’t heard back

I ordered a sample and it arrived quickly. I was inpresssed and want to order. For some reason the deep Walnut color is only available in the longer length on the website, not the shorter length too. The regular walnut color lists both. I’ve left numerous voice mails, emails, smoke signals etc, but no one will get back to me to let me know if it’s possible to get both lengths in the color I want and how I would go about placing that order. Running out of time for my project soon so will most likely have to order from one of the many other companies out there.

It took them forever to send the materials.

Ordered on 8/3/24 items were in stock and it said 5-7 day shipping. On 8/15/24 it finally said my items had shipped. To this day there has been no update to the shipping it just says shipping information received. I have emailed and called multiple times, left voicemails and have gotten no response at all. Terrible customer service and a terrible experience. Look elsewhere for similar products it’s not worth the wait and if there is an issue you will never hear from them.

Nice product let down by awful non-responsive support

If I could give this company a ZERO - I would ! My husband is a general contractor in Napa Ca / USA. We are remodeling our master bathroom and I found this product online, and I placed a personal order. It is YET to arrive! We were promised tracking and shipping information on the order processing - it’s all B.S ! I have literally emailed the company four times filled out their contact information four times and left multiple voice messages ! The company NEVER Responds or replies, even though they state that they will reply within a 24 hour period. I just left a voicemail yet again on the number that they ask you to call it doesn’t even state their business name and I just told them I’m about to dispute the charges with my credit card company ! They have the most horrendous customer service - I have ever dealt with AND as I stated, my husband is a general contractor so I deal with supply companies all the time. Save yourself the money and buy this product through someone else. It is not worth with the headache and we will not be recommending this product to ANY of our clients! We still can’t find our order or receive an update on our order- it’s was ordered over three weeks ago ! It’s beyond Absurd And the company will not even reply to emails, Their own contact Inquiry OR Voice messages - DO NOT ORDER ! This is NOT a professional company!

We are happy with the quality and feel of the product, it was easy to order and it shipped fast!! We had an issue receiving it through customs but naturwall helped us fill out the forms and it went easy from there on out. Cant wait to see the product on the walls, extremely professional and great value.

I am still waiting to receive shipment of my naturewall purchase. I received an email telling me my purchase had shipped, but I am not able to obtain any tracking info. I have emailed customer service several times. Customer service has not been able to provide tracking information to me.
